Returns & Exchanges

At Krula Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes, we offer a  simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy.  

Returns

  • You can return any unworn or defective merchandise purchased online within 14 days of the order delivery date.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or color, you can follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at vladk@krulashoes.com to inquire about availability and exchange options.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please visit our online returns portal at [link to returns portal]. You will be required to enter your order number and email address.

  2. Print the pre-paid shipping label generated from the portal and affix it to your return package.

  3. Drop off the package at your nearest courier location.

  4. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned merchandise (excluding original shipping charges and return shipping charges) within 7-10 business days.

Please Note

  • We are unable to process returns for items that are worn, damaged, or without original tags.

  • All returns must be shipped back from the original shipping country.
