Our Story

We are Krula, a family-owned independent brand born out of a passion for high-quality women’s leather shoes. Our name, Krula, is a proud tribute to our family surname.

Since opening our first store in Ukraine in 2001, we have been dedicated to finding and delivering the finest leather shoes that empower modern women to thrive in bustling cities with elegance and comfort.

From 2001 till 2022 we had our six stores offering high quality women leather shoes in central Ukraine. Our journey has been marked by resilience and determination. In 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine we proudly operated physical stores across Ukraine and had begun shipping our shoes internationally. Despite the challenges, we never wavered in our mission. While we had to close some stores in Ukraine, our commitment to bringing premium leather shoes to women worldwide remained steadfast and turned to the new direction:

In 2024, we launched Krula Shoes in London with warehouses in Ukraine and the UK providing worldwide shipping for the premium leather women’s shoes. This collection showcases the highest quality leather shoes, designed to offer everyday comfort blended with style to women in the UK and worldwide. Our story is one of perseverance and an unwavering belief in the power of quality leather footwear that inspire women to follow their dreams everyday.

Our logo features a chestnut, a symbol deeply rooted in Ukrainian tradition. Just as the chestnut tree flourishes despite challenging conditions, embodying resilience and longevity, so too does our Ukrainian community and family business. But we believe that there’s a deeper meaning in shoes for women - the feeling of confidence, feeling of women power, feeling of inspiration, that feeling when you’re wearing KRULA shoes. We are dedicated to crafting exquisite leather shoes for women, prioritizing quality and unique style. Inspired by the strength of the chestnut, we strive to provide footwear that empowers women to navigate their journeys with confidence and style.
